MEDICAL FRAUD and the criminal assault of boys
An Acceptable Form of Child Abuse
Libertarian Rights - Physical Integrity
Dave McKnight D.C., Ph. D.
The newborn comes into life and should experience harmonious impressions and love vibrations but instead, if it is a male baby, is greeted too often with violence and pain from a knife cutting off its normal healthy foreskin after painfully separating if (like separating the finger nail from the nail bed) by the so-called compassionate doctor.
What a tragic statement of our society that we still condone such intrusion upon physical and psychological integrity as the "acceptable form of child abuse!".
Though circumcision operations are just one of the many surgical procedures performed to keep professional coffers full, it is simply not justified to mutilate another person. Ignorance is voluntary condition, and as this grass roots effort to educate concerning RIC - routine infant circumcision - it will likely become criminal to use such coercive force upon our dependent infants. Records show from the medical profession that RIC is unnecessary for health reasons.
Chiropractic doctors, of all professions, should be concerned about body wholeness, and have unforgivably silent about infantile foreskin amputation. The public looks to the chiropractic profession for leadership in wellness and things natural, and this issue should/must be spoken to clearly by the doctors. The problem is that so many chiropractors themselves have been duped by this routine medical procedure that they are embarrassed to admit their own voluntary ignorance on the matter.
But before the clergy snickers over the plight of the D.C's , they should look at their own sin of omission on the subject. Religion began this bloody orgy on infants and should now stand up to its New Testament responsibilities and bring a halt to it.
Love your baby boys enough to leave them whole.
Dr. McKnight who lived in Ankeny, Iowa was a chiropractor and a medical columnist for years. Unfortunately Dr. McKnight' career ended as a result of a tragic accident while going to work. Dr. McKnight informed this webmaster that as an adult he suffered from severe complications of circumcision. He was an outspoken advocate against infant circumcision even though he was severely handicapped after the accident. His desire was to prevent a future generation of males from undergoing physical problems of circumcision, which thousand and probably millions of adult males experience, but are reluctant to discuss. I would like to dedicate this page to the memory of Dr. McKnight who passed away in 2000.
Circumcision is supposed to prevent problems in the future - but a survey of over 400 circumcised adult men indicated that more than 70% suffered from severe to moderate problems. Until recently - adult males refused to discuss their problems out of embarrassment - therefore the myth of preventing problem was common. The facts reveal the opposite. The real harm of circumcision has been documented by a number of urologists. See the letter by Dr. Marino and presentation by Dr. James L Snyder.
